This site is run by Kyte Financial Planning Limited, which is the data controller for any personal information processed through it. You can contact us at hello@kytefp.co.uk or on 020 7123 6683.
This workbook is designed so that we don't collect your answers. There are no accounts, logins or forms, and nothing you enter is sent to us or stored on our systems. We can only see your answers if you choose to send us a copy of your PDF summary.
To let you pick up where you left off, and to keep any workbooks you choose to save, the site stores your answers in your own browser using its built-in local storage. This stays on your device and is used only to provide the workbook to you. It isn't used for tracking, advertising or analytics.
You can remove saved workbooks at any time using the Delete buttons on the summary page, or remove everything by clearing your browser's data for this site. Because this storage is strictly necessary for the features you choose to use, and we don't use tracking or analytics cookies, the site doesn't show a cookie banner.
Like any website, a small amount of technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, is processed when you use the site. This is handled by the following services:
Netlify, which hosts the site and keeps standard server logs to keep it running securely.
Google Fonts, which supplies the typefaces used on the page.
Cloudflare (cdnjs), which supplies the tool that creates your PDF summary.
These providers may process this information outside the UK, under their own safeguards for international transfers. We don't use this information to identify you.
If you send us your PDF summary, we'll handle it in line with our main Kyte Financial Planning privacy notice.
The link to book a free chat takes you to Calendly, a separate booking service, which has its own privacy policy. Any details you give when booking, such as your name and email address, are shared with us so we can arrange the call, and we'll look after them in line with our main privacy notice.
You have rights over your personal information, including the right to access it, correct it and ask for it to be deleted. Our main privacy notice explains these in full. If you're unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can contact us, and you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
